ORA-01450 MAXIMUM KEY LENGTH EXCEEDED - RCU ON 11.2 DB

Description:  Installation of SOA related components like FCM, SOA INFRA is not successful

Error: ORA-01450 MAXIMUM KEY LENGTH EXCEEDED - RCU ON 11.2 DB

Reason: In DB the NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTICS parameter is CHAR instead of BYTE

Solution:  Change the parameter to BYTE and bounce the DB. 

Status: RESOLVED

Solution
Make sure the Windows Service named (HyS9FDMTaskManagerSrv) exists.
If not, please re-install the Task Manager.
