Error:
ORA-01450 MAXIMUM KEY LENGTH
EXCEEDED - RCU ON 11.2 DB
Reason: In DB the NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTICS
parameter is CHAR instead of BYTE
Solution: Change the parameter to BYTE and bounce the DB.
